At the end of the evening it is customary for me to get out of the kitchen and have a chat with some guests talking about just tasted recipes, philosophy in the kitchen, country life. From this custom was born the idea to collect over time the most requested recipes of typical Tuscan dishes creating a kind of book that we intend to publish soon. Naturally it is an open container where all of you can interact with me making your requests, and asking me for advice to clarify any doubts. It will be my concern to answer all of you as soon as possible. We divided the recipes by type of dish in antipasti, primi, secondo and dolce. You can use this site to get ideas when you order your menu and vice versa to ask for the recipe after tasting it with us.
